Use the control labeled "PRESENCE" to select the lower limit, which
is typically the lowest parameter value which the parameter will not fall
below via controller changes sent via ADSR.
However, since we are reversing the upper and lower limits for this
application, set this value to 2600Hz.

Once steps 1-5 have been completed for the current controller page,
store the new settings as described under the subheading "Storing
modified presets" earlier in this section so that they will be in effect
each time the current preset is recalled.

Assign ADSR to the preset

Use the PAGE control to access the effect location that ADSR will be
assigned to (i.e. Pre Effect 1, Post Effect 1-3).
