13 Use the TREBLE control to set the S-TIME (Sustain Time) parameter,
or the length of time in which the WAH FRQ parameter will hold the
value set by the S-LVL parameter.

14 Use the PRESENCE control to set the S-LVL (Sustain Level) param-
eter, which defines the value that the WAH FRQ parameter will hold at
for the length of time defined by S-TIME.

15 Use the MASTER control to set the R-TIME (Release Time) param-
eter, which defines the length of time (in milliseconds) for the WAH
FRQ parameter to go from the S-LVL value back to its minimum value
after S-TIME has expired.
