24. Messages

Messages provide information on
active errors, faults and
recommendations. They are
displayed in a dialog window and can be
called up after pressing the OK button in
the "More - Information - Messages"
menu. (

Recommendations and active messages
also appear in the status screen. (
The message code, the time of
occurrence, the priority and the frequency
of occurrence can be called up in the
message details.
– Recommendations are awarded
the priority "Low" or "Info", they
appear in the status screen alternately
with the text "iMOW® ready for op".
The robotic mower can still be
operated, automatic operation
continues.
– Faults are awarded the priority
"Medium" and require action on the
part of the user.
The robotic mower can only be
operated again once the fault has been
rectified.
– In the case of errors awarded the
priority "High", the text "Contact
your specialist dealer" appears on the
display.
The robotic mower can only be
operated again once the error has been
rectified by a STIHL specialist dealer.

If a message is still active despite
the proposed remedial action,
please contact your STIHL
specialist dealer.
Errors that can only be rectified by
a STIHL specialist dealer are not
listed in the following. Should an
error of this kind occur, please
communicate the 4-digit error code
and the error text to your specialist
dealer.

Possible cause:
– Machine software has been updated
– Voltage loss
– Software or hardware error
Remedy:
– After the OK button is pressed, the
robotic mower operates with the default
settings – check and correct the
settings (date, time, mowing plan)
Message:
0100 – Battery discharged
Charge battery
Possible cause:
– Battery voltage too low
Remedy:
– Place robotic mower in docking station
to recharge battery (

0180 – Temperature low
Main circuit board
Possible cause:
– Temperature inside robotic mower too
low
Remedy:
– Allow robotic mower to warm up
Message:
0181 – Temperature high
