REMOVE PAN
IS PAN EMPTY?
INSERT PAN
CLOSE DISPOSE VALVE
Pull the handle completely forward to start disposing.
6. No action is required while the pump transfers the waste oil
from the pan into the disposal unit.
7. Carefully pull the filter pan from the fryer.
Open the filter pan slowly to avoid splashing of hot oil
that may cause severe burns, slipping and falling.
8. If the filter pan is empty press the √ (check - YES) button. If
the pan is not empty, press the X (NO) button and return to
step 6.
9. Insert the filter pan.
10. Close the dispose valve by pushing the valve handle toward
the rear of the fryer until it stops. Disconnect the dispose
hose from the fryer.
11. The controller returns to the starting state.
