Selects superscript/subscript printing in DBCS mode.
Where:
n = NUL (hex 00) or 0 (hex 30) to enable superscript printing
n = SOH (hex 01) or 1 (hex 31) to enable subscript printing
This command is canceled by FS DC2. This control code does
not function while in non-DBCS mode.

Defines a DBCS character for downloading. The control code
should be followed by 72 bytes of data. a1 and a2 together
define the code point of the download character where a1 is the
high byte and a2 is the low byte.
The character can then be printed by sending a1 a2 to the
printer. The character can print in all the DBCS typefaces. It will
be available until the printer power is recycled.
The download ranges are different for different types of
printers:
GB: AAA1~AFFE, F8A1~FEFE, A140~A7A0, FF40~FF7E,
FF80~FFFE
SJIS: High Byte F0~F9, Low Byte 40~FC
