Maintenance of the FA 500.3 shredder

5.3.1

Lubricating the drive chains and cogs (twice a year)

- Turn off all the main switches and disconnect the red CEE plug
- Remove the inspection fl aps (1) in the left and right side plates.
Take out the Allen screws (2).
- Grease the cogs and the drive chains from the motor to the cutting unit, the cutting unit
to the conveyor belt and the cogs. Recommended lubricating grease: K2K in line with
DIN 51502/DIN 51825
- Attach the inspection fl aps onto the unit again.
