Maintaining the combination press

5.2.1 Changing the hydraulic fl uid/ventilation fi lter
Change the hydraulic oil and venting fi lter every 2 years
– Move the press ram to its rear limit position
– Turn off the main switch and pull the red CEE plug out
– Dismantle the shredder and baling press combination (see chapter "Assembling the
shredder and baling press combination")
– Remove the cover (H)

– Remove the lid of the tank and drain off the oil with a fl uid suction unit
• The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank is 20 l
– If the tank is very dirty, clean it
– Put the lid back on again
– Fill up with oil until the oil level is between the two notches on the oil level dipstick
Oil type:
• Multigrade oil according to DIN 51524-T3 viscosity class HVI 32
