Shredder malfunctions

4.7.1

Overload due to paper jam

• "Overload" display (level 1 or level 2 - depending on machine version) lights up red.
• The cutting unit automatically runs in reverse for several seconds. Then the cutting
unit switches off.
- Remove the stack of paper.
- Set the "Automatic start"
- Press the start button and put less paper on the feed belt.

Electric motor overheating

• "Overload" display (level 1 or level 2 - depending on machine version) fl ashes red.

Caution!
The blade rollers can still cause injuries even while they are not running.
Do not reach into the cutting unit!
Protective gloves should be worn at all times.
Do not move the cutting unit run forwards and backwards alternately to
remove any blockages. This will damage the shredder.
