Any fault indication will be cleared by re-initiating the start sequence after the cause of the fault
has been removed.

Two directions selected together.
Direction or FS1 switch closed at power up.
Battery voltage is too low.
Battery voltage is too high.
Battery voltage is too high before the line
contactor is closed
A personality is out of range.
The personality CRC is incorrect
Line contactor is welded.
Line contactor is open circuit.
Short circuit on Q2/Q4 Armature MOSFETs
detected.
Reserved for future use
MOSFETs did not pulse during power on
failsafe checks (failsafe circuit enabled).
