Description
The ink cartridge is nearly
expended.
The ink cartridge was
found faulty. There may
be a bad contact or dew
condensation in the
cartridge.
The maintenance tank is
not set in the printer.
The maintenance tank has
not enough empty space
so the cleaning cannot be
performed.
The maintenance tank is
nearing the end of its
service life.
The installed maintenance
tank does not work
normally by either
problem below.
1. It has a bug.
2. You may have a bad
connection at the
maintenance tank.
The maintenance tank is
at the end of its service life.
The installed maintenance
tank is a non-genuine one
you can use for this printer.

What to do
Replacement of the ink cartridge is nearly needed.

Remove the ink cartridge and reinstall it. If this
message appears after reinstalling the ink cartridge,
replace it with a new one. (Do not reinstall the ink
cartridge that caused an error.)

leave it at room temperature for at least four hours
before installing the ink cartridge.
