TMP- 6.3.0 TROUBLESHOOT DIALYSATE PRESSURE
a) Turn the machine off and then back on.
b) CAREFULLY repeat
dialysate pressure transducer (#9); 2) Bad sensor board (see
board; 4) Bad sensor cable; 5) Bad test board; 6) Bad actuator board; 7) Bad distribution board.
TMP- 7.0.0 UF INTEGRITY CHECK
This procedure checks that the UF pump
internal springs are functioning properly
a) Referring to the Figure (right), remove
the OUTPUT tubing from the UF pump.
b) Attach a 24 inch piece of tubing to its
empty nozzle and direct it away from
the machine. During subsequent tests
the UF pump will output fluid.
c) From the 'Test & Options' screen
perform the Pressure Tests. Do both
(Negative and Positive) Pressure tests
pass?
Yes
Reinstall the tubing (three checks). 1) UF PUMP per Preventative Maintenance
Procedures; 2) If the TMP problem reoccurs replace the DiaSafe
procedure. 3) Assuming that all above procedures were performed correctly, if the problem
reoccurs the Troubleshooting Guide is unable to determine an immediate problem. The
dialysate pressure transducer (#9) may be bad intermittent (see
No
CAREFULLY rebuild the UF Pump per Preventative Maintenance Procedures then repeat the
automated Alarms/Pressure tests and UF INTEGRITY TEST.
TMP- 8.0.0 CHECK AIR REMOVAL SYSTEM
a) Return the dialyzer lines to the shunt and close the door.
b) Referring to the Figure (right), tee a gauge to the input of the
deaeration pump.
