1. Click on the channel to be configured. Selected line will be highlighted in "blue".
2. To set multiple lines of the same configuration, select the 1
Shift Key, and then select the last line. All selected lines will now be highlighted.
3. Enter the Extension number to be assigned to the channel.
4. Select a description for the channel
5. Select language – a call landing on this line will have its prompts played in this language.
Note: For non-English guest mailboxes, the caller will hear instructions to leave a message in
two languages – first in the Line language then in the guest's mailbox language. This is the
default Dual-Language prompting feature
6. Set line as Incoming or Incoming/Outgoing
Note: The Incoming/Outgoing line is used for making Auto-Wakeup calls but it also has all the
functionalities of an Incoming line.
Note2: All unused channels MUST be set to Incoming
7. Click Update to make the change
8. Click Save
9. Click Next upon completion to go to the following screen
10. A message box will be shown requesting for a system shutdown in order for the changes to
take effect
