5.3.36 Gas Sensor

EtCO2 Alarm Use the encoder knob and select - MENU - SETUP - ALARMS.
Set the values for Low EtCO2 alarm (e.g. 1.0% ) and High EtCO2 alarm (e.g.
5.0% ) so as to activate the visual and acoustic signals during CO 2
concentrations check phase

5.3.37 Measured respiratory parameters

Check the correspondence between the set respiratory values and the time,
loop, trends and measured values evolution.
Please refer to the values displayed on the ventilator monitored parameters
and those monitored by the flow analyser.

5.3.38 Additional respiratory parameters

Select SET and configure the values below:

Use the encoder knob to select the graphs available on the ventilator:
check, operation and accuracy.

5.3.40 TRENDS - EVENTS

Use the encoder knob and select - MENU - MAIN MENU - TRENDS.
Use the encoder knob and select - MENU - MAIN MENU - EVENTS.
Check, operation and accuracy of the displayed data.
VC/VAC operating mode
Pause = 50%
Check the patient simulator response during Pause phase.
Check the correspondence between the set respiratory values and the
measured values.
