5.3.41 Set Language

Use the encoder knob and select - MENU - SETUP - LANGUAGE: set the
language being used.

5.3.43 CE certificate validity

Make sure that the CE certificate relating to the device is valid.

5.3.44 Operating hours

Check the machine's hours of operation.
Connect the ventilator supply cable to the SAFETY-TESTER.
Connect the "patient" and "ground" probes of the SAFETY-TESTER to
the INSP. coupling and the ventilator casing.
Turn the device on.
Start the automatic resistance check procedure for the safety
conductor and the dispersion currents.
Make sure that the test completed successfully.
Attach the TEST REPORT to the machine.
In case of the " 1000 hours maintenance required " alarm signal
highlighted by a symbol
displayed on the alarm bell location, please follow the
instructions in chapter 6 : Calibration
