Use the encoder knob and select - MENU - SETUP - ALARMS.
Set the values for Low

5.3.20 APCV (Assisted Pressure Control Ventilation) operating mode

Press the START key and make sure that the ventilator generates breaths
based on the set parameters (Pinsp set).
Change the Pinsp value and make sure that during the breath, the new set
pressure limit is reached.

Set Pinsp and Slope so as to view the peak pressures displayed in the table on
the PAW ventilator (Set pressure).
Make sure that the PAW values displayed on the flow analyser fall within the
relative acceptance limits that you can view in the table, with an accuracy ranging
from  [ 2 % of the full reading scale to + 4 % of the actual reading].

Between breaths, generate a vacuum in the patient circuit (using the
patient simulator) and check if:
the system generates a breath that reaches the set Pinsp pressure
level.
Make sure that the values measured on the flow analyser
and on the ventilator fall within the corresponding
acceptance limits.
