It is not possible to directly purchase a bike carrier for your Van Raam bike at Van
Raam. There are several manufacturers that are specialised in making custom bike
carriers, roof carriers or storage solutions for your bike. Please refer to the Van Raam
website for more information.
Removing (and transporting) the Easy Rider Compact seat
For the Easy Rider Compact, do the following:
1. Put the bike on the parking brake, if necessary
remove the bag from the carrier frame and any
other parts that may fall off the bike.
2. In the case that the backrest has the external
charging point option, first remove the charging
cable from the battery.
3. To remove the seat from the bike, first unscrew
the end fastener [A] from the seat slider. Do this
by unscrewing the two screws [B] with a Torx
screwdriver.
4. You can now remove the seat [C] from the bike.
Caution! After fitting the seat back on the bike,
always make sure that the end fastener [A] is
remounted. This part ensures that the seat is not
mounted too far back, which would create major
safety risks.
Do you have extra options on your bike? Some of these
options are explained below. Additional options are
available through a Van Raam dealer.
