Troubleshooting in Vscan Air CL
Problem
Vscan Air CL has no power.
Battery defect or end of life.
Vscan Air CL is not charging.
Display screen is blank when the
device is powered on.
Parts of the image is missing
when scanning.
No image displayed when
scanning.
Scan screen is not displayed.

When battery is discharged.

Solution
Charge the Vscan Air CL probe
for at least 10 minutes and then
power on.
