Data and video storage

2.11.1 Session data

VisualEyes™ can store session data through OtoAccess® Database. The session data will be stored
automatically when VisualEyes™ is opened through OtoAccess® Database, and the session data will be
stored on the patient selected in the database.

2.11.2 Video recordings

VisualEyes™ can record videos from the VNG or vHIT goggles, as well as the video from the external room
camera. These video files will be linked to the specific patient and sessions, but are not stored in
OtoAccess® Database. The video storage location can be specified in System Default Settings under Input.
Click Browse, and navigate to the desired folder.
The default location is C:\Users\Public\Videos\Micromedical VisualEyes\.
NOTICE:
Ensure that the specified path for video storage is accessible for all installations if the
system is installed in a server/client configuration.
