Watchdog timeout error (applicable for Orion Auto-Traverse/Comprehensive chair)
If the system with an Orion Auto-Traverse/Comprehensive chair stops responding, the Emergency Stop
circuit will activate and the chair, laser and optokinetic drum will turn off and gradually come to a stop.
Following, the operator shall exit the test or go to the home screen and restarting the test will reset the
watchdog timer. This is indicated by the Emergency Stop lighting up again.
Cameras disconnecting
If unusual behavior is experienced such as camera images dropping out and not coming back, USB
device disconnects, or software not running as expected, perform the follow sequence to recover:

Shut down the VisualEyes™ software completely.

Unplug all USB devices from the computer and leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.

Plug USB devices back into the computer.

Once all the USB devices have been initialized, restart the VisualEyes™ software.
