This register reports changes since the last time it was read. A legacy ISA interrupt will be
generated when any of those bits are set. The actual interrupt used is assigned by the BIOS at
boot time and can be read from register TelClock7.
The action of reading this register will clear all bits that were '1' prior to the reading. Bits
that turned to '1' during of after the reading will not be affected.

The content of this register is the number of the legacy ISA interrupt used for events (see
register TelClock6). It is initialized at boot time by the BIOS.
The interrupt is acknowledged by a read of TelClock6 register. Always perform a read to this
register before enabling the interrupt in the chipset to get rid of any pending interrupt.
Note that a value of 2 will hook the interrupt to an SMI.
