various counters that are specific to the transmission protocol being used
between the LCM and the C-side LTC+. The RLCM-EDC communicates
with the LTC+ using LAP-D protocol over DS-1 links. When performed
with a RLCM-EDC posted on the MAP, the QUERYPM CNTRS command
displays the following values of counters specific to the LAP-D protocol.
