Editing a directory entry

Follow this procedure to edit an entry in the directory. If you are unfamiliar with
how to use the dialpad to enter text, see
(page 107)
Prerequisites
You must be logged on.
Procedure steps

Using the Directory menu
before you begin this procedure.
Action
From the Directory list, select the entry you want to edit.
Press Ok.
The Directory menu opens.
Press the down navigation key until the Edit window appears.
Press Ok.
The Edit Number screen appears.
Perform one of these steps.
If you want to edit the number, use the dialpad to enter the
number, and press Ok.
If you do not want to edit the number, press OK.
The Surname screen appears.
Perform one of these steps.
If you want to edit the surname, use the dialpad to enter the
name, and press Ok.
If you do not want to edit the name, press OK.
The First Name screen appears.
Perform one of these steps.
If you want to edit the first name, use the dialpad to enter the
name, and press Ok.
If you do not want to edit the name, press OK.
The Feature Key screen appears.
