Using the Directory menu
Perform one of these steps
• If you want the entry to appear on a feature key, enter the key and
press Ok.
• If you do not want the entry to appear on a feature key, press Ok
without pressing a feature key.
The Save screen appears.
Press Ok to save your entry.
A confirmation screen appears.
Perform one of these steps
• To save the entry, press Yes. The entry is saved.
• To go back and edit the entry, press No, then press Yes on the
Resume Editing screen. You return to the edit menu where you
can edit the information you have already entered.
• To cancel the operation and exit from the Directory screens, press
No.
