Viewing feature profiles

Follow this procedure to view the profile for the selected feature.
Before assigning a Centrex feature to a soft key, you should know if the profile
is defined as Hide when idle, Hide when active, or Never hide. By knowing the
feature profiles you can:
increase the number of soft key assignments on your terminal by
assigning a Hide when idle feature and a Hide when active feature to the
same key
avoid losing a previously assigned feature by assigning a Never hide
feature to the same soft key
Prerequisites
You must be logged on.

Using the Call Services menu
Action
From the main menu, open the Call Services menu.
From the Call Services menu, select Details.
Press Ok.
The profile appears.
