SERVICE PROCEDURE

EVERY 2000 HOURS SERVICE

Maintenance for every 250, 500 and 1000 hours service should be carried out at the same time.

CHANGE OIL IN HYDRAULIC TANK, REPLACE HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER ELEMENT

The oil is at high temperature immediately after the machine has been operated. Wait for the oil to cool down before changing the
oil.
When removing the oil filler cap, turn it slowly to release the internal pressure, then remove it carefully.
Oil replacement amount: 85 liters (22.46 US gal)
1. Settle the machine on the flat ground, and lower the blade and
ripper completely with specified position of Ripper and Blade,
and stop the engine. Turn the cap of oil filler port (F) slowly to
release the internal pressure, then remove the cap.
Ripper : Ripper Shank should be vertical to the ground.
Blade : Semi U Blade, U Blade
Settle the blade to the ground, and adjust.
Tilt Cylinder and Brace length 1372mm.
REMARK
The Rear Plate of the Blade is almost vertical to the Ground.
2. Remove plug (1) at the bottom of the hydraulic tank, loosen
drain valve (2), and drain the oil. After draining the oil, tighten
drain valve (2) and plug (1). When loosening drain valve (2), be
careful not to get oil over yourself.
