REPLACE STUB SHAFT (CONT.)
• Replace bolts around the outside of the
coupling plate. Apply LocTite 242 (blue).
*(3/8-16 x 1/4" bolt, use 9/16" socket)
• Replace sheave and snap ring.
• Apply anti-seize to outside diameter of stub
shaft splines. Insert stub shaft into bearing
sleeve.
• Replace bolts around the outer sheave plate.
Apply LocTite 242 (blue).
*(5/16-18 x 3/4" bolt, use 1/2" socket).
