5.2.3.14. Tuning of the maximum dynamic error

The dynamic error is given by the difference between the ideal and the real value while the axis is moving.
According to the used control method (without an integrative correction), an error is always present when
the axis is moving.
The maximum dynamic error can be therefore calculated in the following way:
MaxDinErr = MaxSpd * PropGain
If the threshold set by MaxDinErr is overcome, the positioner generates a serious alarm condition.

5.2.3.15. Tuning of the test threshold for a positioned axis

At the end of every movement, the control unit checks that the axis has reached the destination value.
This function can be performed via two parameters:
MaxPosErr stating the maximum possible difference between the ideal and the real value.
MaxPosTime stating the maximum waiting time for the control unit before the axis returns to be in-
cluded in the positioned axis threshold.
This function is useful in case of mechanical structures whose movements are subject to strong frictions.
If the axis does not return to the threshold within the specified time, the control unit generates a Warning and
not a serious alarm condition.
Set the MaxPosTime parameter with a value lower or equal to the one set in MaxStatErr.
Set the MaxPosTime parameter with the time value, in seconds, allowed to the axis to return to the
threshold stated in the previous point.

5.2.3.16. End of the operations

Take the control unit to the IDLE status
Save the parameters in Flash.
Save the parameters on a file.
