5.2.3.7. Zero Cycle execution

in case you are working with a drive type Avy 1.x, Tpd32 or Amv32, remember to enable the Enable
ind store drive parameter (ipa = 911 + 8192) from the Configuration \ Motor spd fbk menu.
The zero cycle sequence is the following:
Case 1:
•
Starting point: QualCnf = 2 or 3, the axis is not engaging the zero cam.
1. Zero cycle start.
2. The axis moves towards the zero cam with a ZeroSpd speed. If the axis movement is opposite to the
zero cam direction: stop the axis and set the zero speed with –ZeroSpd. Repeat the operations.
3. The axis engages the zero cam.
4. It stops.
5. The axis moves in an opposite direction as compared to the previous one in order to disengage the
zero
cam.
6. After disengaging the zero cam, the encoder first met home switch starts the initialization sequence
of
the real value.
7. The axis stops. The point where the axis stops does NOT correspond to the 0 value.
