Place the axis on the minimum electronic limit switch.
•
Write in the Minimum parameter the ideal value detected in this point.
•
Place the axis on the maximum electronic limit switch.
•
Write in the Maximum parameter the ideal value detected in this point.
•
Take the DGFC card to the IDLE status.
•
Save the parameters in Flash.
•
Take the DGFC card first to the READY status and afterwards to the RUN status.

5.2.3.9. Zero Cycle repetition
Every time the card reaches the IDLE status, the system loses the initialization of the zero cycle. Therefore,
after passing through this status, the zero cycle sequence has to be repeated.
•
Send the StartCycle0 command.
•
Check that the zero cycle has been completed in the right way.
5.2.3.10. Check of the Electronic Limit Switches
•
Set the JOG speed equal to 10% of the axis maximum speed.
•
Send the JOG+ command.
•
Check that, by prressing the JOG+ button, the axis automatically stops on the maximum electronic limit
switch.
•
Send the JOG- command.
•
Check that, by pressing the JOG- button, the axis automatically stops on the minimum electronic limit
switch.
