Image Scaling Mode (Xscale)
Width, Height, OffsetX, and OffsetY settings, and then configure the Image Scaling Mode settings.
To set Overlay Mode to MultRoiAreaMode, MultiRoiMode (MultiROIControl) must be set to Off in
advance.
