Save the printed document as a form in a file
Saves the printed document as a form in a file.

From the application, create a form which you want to register with this
machine.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preferences].

Select [Save the printed document as a form in a file] from the pull-down
menu on the [Overlays] tab.

Click [Reference], and select the save destination.

Click [OK].

Specify other settings as necessary, and click [OK].

Click [Print] in the [Print] screen.

From [Save the form with a name], input the value in [ID], and click [OK].
• You can also specify the print position of an overlay.

Click [OK].
• A form cannot include watermarks.
