Adjusting the volume A buzzer will notify you when an error occurs to the machine or when printing is completed. By default, the buzzer will sound when the machine has run out of paper. This section describes how to change the buzzer volume and set whether or not to sound the buzzer.
Setting the print completion volume Possible values are HIGH, LOW and OFF, and the factory default value is OFF. When it is set to HIGH or LOW, by default, the buzzer will sound after each page is printed, regardless of the number of pages of the print data. You may change it so that the buzzer sounds after the print data has finished printing.

Adjusting the color balance (density) Adjusts the highlight (light area), mid-tone and dark tone (dark area) of each color, i.e. cyan, magenta and yellow. This section explains the procedure to adjust the cyan color. If you want to adjust other colors, please adjust each color individually.

Printing by using the presenter unit The optional presenter unit allows you to hold the printed paper in the paper exit instead of ejecting it. The following action modes are available.
