Error type of the drive
The error type of the drive is displayed in the home window of the operator panel (See
Figure

Explanation
Indicates that, due to a
hardware error, operation
cannot be continued. Fault
Symptom Code is also
displayed.
Indicates that operation
cannot be continued because
an unusable cartridge has
been loaded or a cartridge
error was detected.
Indicates that a rotation error
occurred in the cooling fan
within the drive module.
Action
Release the error by performing the reset
operation from the operator panel. If the
error cannot be released, report to the
maintenance person.
Eject the cartridge by performing the
reset operation from the operator panel.
Do not use a failed cartridge or consult
with the supplier.
If a rotation error is detected, the drive
power is automatically cut off several
minutes later for safety reasons.
