Setting information about the network

This device has a LAN (TCP/IP protocol) communication function.

1) Select the [Network] button from the SETUP menu.

Remote panel function
You can reference or set up the library or drive in the Web browser.
1. The recommended browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 to
6.0 and Netscape Navigator 4.7 to 4.78.
2. The remote panel uses Cookies and Java Script. These functions
must be enabled in the browser that will be used.
E-mailing function
If the library or drive detects a hardware error, fault information is reported by e-
mail.

REMCS function (REMote Customer Support system)
This function links the customer and the maintenance management system of Fujitsu
to provide support such items as recognizing error occurrences, reducing recovery
time, and firmware delivery.
For information about the method of applying the REMCS function,
contact the maintenance person.

If the entries are completed, select the [OK] button.
Select the [OK] button if it is OK to proceed.
