Performance Tests
Test 6 - Phase Noise and Spurs of Downconverter
2. Press the
INSTR PRESET
3. Access the Source screen: if the module is an HP 70427A or HP 70428A
Option 002 press the
4. Set the frequency to 3.0 GHz (this frequency is not tested, the only
reason for entering it is that the source must have a frequency entered
before it will accept a power level):

Step 3 - DUT initial configuration
1. Make the DUT the active MMS module (ACT indicator lit):

NEXT INSTR
indicator lights.
2. Press the
INSTR PRESET
3. Set the DUT's input attenuation to 20 db.
a. Press the

b. Press the

c. Press the
INPUT ATTEN
d. Enter 20 with the numeric keypad.
e. Press the
