This display shows the value of the downconverter's input frequency that
was entered with the
INPUT FREQ
When the downconverter is in mm mode, it is the frequency of the input to
an external harmonic mixer. This frequency is used to calculate LO and IF
frequencies and to determine if bias current must be supplied to the external
mixer.
