Pilot Blowing Off of Thermocouple

DVÕs Only
If the pilot goes out sporadically, inspect the pilot flame near the thermocouple. Watch the flame to
see if it blows off of the thermocouple. Check this after shutting off the main burner.
Remedy
Make sure the vent restrictor is in the correct position (see the ownerÕs manual for details).
Make sure vertical terminations utilize the high-wind cap (part # 991)
36-DVÕs and Heritage Bays should have a pilot deflector - if they do not, contact Travis Industries for
details.
