Minimum Vent Pipe Shield – Used for Minimum Vent Applications Only
The minimum vent pipe shield is required when running minimum vent configurations (see page 26). The
shield is shipped with the fireplace loose and must be installed as shown below.
Secure the pipe shield to the pipe
with 4 screws. Make sure shield
is level and maintains 1" (25mm)

firestop (mouting holes are
slotted to allow for leveling).
