Dekompensierte Herzinsuffizienz (NYHA III + IV), septische
Phlebitis, Phlegmasia coerulea dolens, akute bakterielle, virale
oder allergische Entzündungen, Schwellungen der Extremitä-
ten unbekannter Ursache.
Relative Kontraindikationen
Ausgeprägte nässende Dermatosen, Unverträglichkeit auf
Druck oder Inhaltsstoffe des Produktes, schwere Sensibi-
litätsstörungen der Extremität, fortgeschrittene periphere
Neuropathie (z. B. bei Diabetes mellitus), primär chronische
Polyarthritis, periphere arterielle Verschlusskrankheit (pAVK)
Stadium I / II, malignes Lymphödem.
Wichtig
Offene Wunden im Versorgungsbereich müssen zunächst
mit einer sterilen, dem Exsudatmanagement angepassten
Wundauflage abgedeckt werden, bevor Juzo SleepCompress
verwendet wird.
Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Kontraindikationen kann von der
Fa. Softcompress keine Haftung übernommen werden.
Nebenwirkungen
Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung sind keine Nebenwirkungen
bekannt. Sollten dennoch negative Veränderungen (z. B. Haut-
irritationen) während der verordneten Anwendung auftreten,
so wenden Sie sich bitte umgehend an Ihren / Ihre Arzt / Ärztin
oder medizinischen Fachhandel. Sollte eine Unverträglichkeit
gegen einen oder mehrere Inhaltsstoffe dieses Produktes
bekannt sein, halten Sie bitte vor Gebrauch Rücksprache
mit Ihrem / Ihrer Arzt / Ärztin. Sollten sich Ihre Beschwerden
während der Tragezeit verschlechtern, ziehen Sie bitte das
Produkt aus und suchen Sie umgehend ärztliches Fachpersonal
auf. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden / Verletzungen, die
aufgrund unsachgemäßer Handhabung oder Zweckentfrem-
dung entstanden sind.
Im Falle von Reklamationen im Zusammenhang mit dem
Produkt, wie beispielsweise Beschädigungen des Materials
oder Mängel in der Passform, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an
Ihren medizinischen Fachhändler. Nur schwerwiegende Vor-
kommnisse, die zu einer wesentlichen Verschlechterung des
Gesundheitszustandes oder zum Tod führen können, sind dem
Hersteller und der zuständigen Behörde des Mitgliedsstaates
zu melden. Schwerwiegende Vorkommnisse sind im Artikel 2
Nr. 65 der Verordnung (EU) 2017 / 745 (MDR) definiert.
Entsorgung
Im Regelfall ist das Produkt nach Nutzungsende über den
herkömmlichen Entsorgungsweg zu vernichten. Bitte beachten
Sie dabei die geltenden örtlichen / nationalen Vorgaben.

Intended purpose
The Juzo SleepCompress effectively supports compression
therapy, both at night and during daytime rest phases.
Compression therapy reduces oedema and accelerates venous
return flow. Vertical foam channels form a unique surface
structure that supports lymphatic drainage.
Notes for use
Your specialist retailer or your therapist will be happy to show
you how to use the product correctly. The hook and loop seg-
ments must be attached to the tabs before you wear the prod-
uct for the first time. Make sure the label is on the inside. There
must not be any large folds during donning or wearing. If re-
quired, you can increase the wrap's compression by adjusting
the tabs from the bottom to the top. The Juzo SleepCompress
can also be used without the incorporated lining.
Arm wraps
1. Juzo SleepCompress arm wraps are available in left and right
versions. The touch fasteners must be attached to the product.
2. Put your arm into the integrated lining with your palm facing
upwards. Now position the upper edge of the wrap below
your armpit. The comfort zone of the arm wrap is located in
the crook of the arm.
3. Bend your arm at a 90 degree angle and start by closing
the tabs from the hand. Tighten them towards the outside
of the hand.
4. Continue closing the other tabs from the bottom to the top.
5. Check that the product exerts pleasant, noticeable
compression. If you feel pain or other problems, loosen the
touch fasteners.
Please note
Only wear Juzo SleepCompress if it has been prescribed by
a doctor. The products should only be dispensed by properly
trained staff at a medical retailer. Further treatment success or
a change in condition will require re-measurement and poten-
tially a new product. Please contact your specialist retailer in
the event of damage. Do not repair the product yourself – this
may affect its quality and medical effectiveness. The sewn-in
textile label (if present) is important for the identification and
traceability of the product. We therefore ask you not to remove
the label under any circumstances.
