6. Adjustments and operations
Control valve pressure adjustment
The hydraulic control valve leaves the factory with a pressure of 180 kgf/cm².
If the set starts to lose power after some working time, check the pressure again
following the instructions:
- This adjustment must be done by a qualified person and with the aid of a gauge.
1. Couple the gauge (A) on the front hose of the right cylinder and activate it to lower
the moving support.
2. Keep the engine rotation at 1700 rpm and activate the control valve lever to retreat
the cylinder totally.
3. By doing so, the gauge will start to show the system pressure.
- The gauge position on the hydraulic circuit must be on an spot that facilitates the
visualization.
