5. Assembly
John Deere frame assembly
- The fixation system may change due to the tractor model.
- Tractor models:
• John Deere: 5075 / 78 / 85 / 90.
1. Assemble the right (01) and left frames to the right (09) and left bars using bolts
(15), spring washers and nuts without totally tightening them.
2. Fasten the tool box support (10) using bolts (15), spring washers and nuts.
3. Fasten the axle right plate (03) on the fixation plate (05) using bolts (16) and flat
washers.
4. Place the fixation plate (05) on the right (09) and left bars using bolts (16), flat
washers, spring washers and nuts.
5. Use the lock (14) on the frame (01) and on the tractor engine using bolts (18) and
spring washers. Use bushings if necessary.
6. Fasten the frame (01) on the tractor side using bolts (17), flat and spring washers.
7. Tighten all parts simultaneously.
