5. Assembly
Valtra frame assembly
- The fixation system may change due to the tractor model.
- Tractor models:
• Valtra: A800R / A850R / A950R / A990R.
1. Fasten the frame (01) to the stop (05) externally and the brackets (03) with bolts
(14), spring and flat washers.
2. To fasten the frame to the tractor engine use bushings (03), bolts (15) and spring
washers.
3. Fasten the stud bolts (16) to the frame (01) using spring washers and nuts.
4. Couple the front protection (07) to the front part of the frame using bolts (17), spring
washers and nuts.
5. Lock the rear fixation base (09) to the frame (01) using bolts (18), flat washers,
spring washers and nuts.
6. Tighten all parts simultaneously.
- The bushings must be used when it is necessary to adjust the fixation.
