maintenance of the equipment.

Ruptured or smashed hydraulic
hoses.
Insufficient hydraulic pressure

Low oil level.
Hydraulic cylinder with inner

Hydraulic control valve with
inner leak.
Defect on the quick couplers.
Excessive load.
Inefficient or damaged tractor
hydraulic system.
Insufficient engine rotation.
Lack of pressure.
IMPORTANT
Solution
Use quick couplers from the
same brand.
Always use the same type of
quick couplers.
Unobstruct or change them.
Adjust the control valve through
the relief valve with the help of
a gauge. Normal pressure: 180
kg/cm
.

Fill up the reservoir to the level.
Te s t t h e e q u i p m e n t u s i n g
another hydraulic system. If
the problem persists, check/
replace the cylinder sealings
a n d a f t e r t h e p r o b l e m i s
solved check/adjust the tractor
hydraulic system.
Check the working conditions
of the hydraulic system or
replace the system for one with
a greater capacity.
Decrease the equipment load.
A d j u s t t h e c o n t r o l v a l v e
pressure to 180 kgf/cm².
