5. Assembly
Valtra frame assembly
- The fixation system may change due to the tractor model.
- Tractor models:
• Valtra: A750 / 850 / 950.
1. Assemble the right side (01) and left side frames to the right (03) and left bars using
bolts (14), spring washers and nuts without totally tightening them.
2. Fasten the stop (04) on the inner part of the frame (01) using bolts (15), spring
washers and nuts.
3. Fasten the outer shim (06) to the frame (01) and to the tractor engine using bolts
(18) and spring washers.
4. On the side of the tractor, between the frame (01) and the engine, fasten the shim
(05) using bolts (16) and spring washers.
5. On the upper part of the frame, couple the front protection (07) using bolts (13),
spring washers and nuts.
6. Fasten the rear fixation bar (03) to the tractor using a bolt (17), flat washer and nut.
7. Tighten all parts simultaneously.
