5. Assembly
Valtra and Massey Ferguson frames assembly
- The fixation system may change due to the tractor model.
- Tractor models:
• Valtra: A84 / A94 / A104 and A114 / A124 / A134;
• Massey Ferguson: 4707 to 5710 and 6711 / 12 / 6713.
1. Assemble the right side (01) and left side frames to the right (03) and left bars using
bolts (15), flat washers, spring washers and nuts without totally tightening them.
2. Place the frame fixation rear plate (12) on the right (03) and left bars using bolts
(16), flat washers, spring washers and nut.
3. On the tractor side between the frame (01) and tractor engine, fasten the shim (14)
using bolts (18), spring and flat washer.
4. Couple the stop (07) on the front part of the frame tightening it to the tractor engine
using bolts (17), spring and flat washers.
5. Tighten all parts simultaneously.
