5. Assembly
Valtra frame assembly
- The fixation system may change due to the tractor model.
- Tractor models:
• Valtra: 144 to 194.
1. Assemble the right side frame (01) and the left one to the right (03) and left bars
using bolts (11), spring washers and nuts without totally tightening them.
2. Fasten the stop (10) to the frame using a stud bolt (14), spring washer and nuts.
3. On the side of the tractor, fasten the frame (01) using bolts (13) and spring washers.
4. Lock the lower stabilizer fixation (05) and the upper one (06) using a bolt (15),
spring washer and nuts.
5. Lock the rear fixation bar (03) on the lower stabilizer fixation using a bolt (12), flat
washers, spring washers and nuts.
6. Tighten all parts simultaneously.
