5. Assembly
New Holland frame assembly
- The fixation system may change due to the tractor model.
- Tractor models:
• New Holland: 7630.
1. Assemble the right (01) and left frames to the right (04) and left (03) bars using
bolts (13), flat washers, spring washers and nuts without totally tightening them.
2. Couple the right fixation support (06) to the frame fixation support bar (05) using
bolts (16), flat washers, spring washers and nuts.
3. Place the frame fixation support bar (05) on the right (04) and left (03) bars using
bolts (14), flat washers, spring washers and nut.
4. On the side of the tractor, between the frame (01) and the tractor engine fasten the
bushings (10) using bolts (15), spring washers and flat washers.
5. Tighten all parts simultaneously.
