5. Assembly
New Holland and Case Farmall frames assembly
- The fixation system may change due to the tractor model.
- Tractor models:
• New Holland: 75 / 85 / 95;
• New Holland: 5.80 / 5.90 / 5.100;
• Case Farmall: 80 / 90 / 100.
1. Assemble the right (01) and left frames to the right fixation bar (04) and to the left
one using bolts (11), flat washers. spring washers and nuts without totally tightening
them.
2. Fasten the central fixation shim (05) to the frame (01) and to the tractor side using
bushings, bolts (12) and spring washers.
3. Fasten the stop (09) between the frame (01) and the tractor using bolts (13) and
spring washers.
4. On the front part of the frame, fasten it to the tractor engine using bushings, bolts
(14) and spring washers.
5. Tighten all parts simultaneously.
