CLEAN SUCTION STRAINER
Clean suction strainer as follows paying attention
to the cause to be kept during oil filling.
Remove the cover on the top of the oil tank.

Tightening torque : 6.9 1.4kgf m
Pull out the strainer in the tank.
(2)
Wash the foreign material on the suction strainer
(3)
with gasoline or cleaning oil.
Replace the suction strainer if it is damaged.
(4)

Assemble with reverse order of disassembly.
Be sure to install a new O-ring and reinsert in the
oil tank.
Loosen the bolt slowly at the cover can be
spring out by the spring when removing it.
REPLACEMENT OF RETURN FILTER

Replace as follows paying attention to the cause
to be kept during the replacement.
(1)
Remove the cover.
Tightening torque : 6.9 1.4kgf m
(2)
Remove the spring, by-pass valve, and return
filter in the tank.
(3)
Replace the element with new one.
