BLEEDING THE FUEL SYSTEM
(1)
Loosen air vent plug 1(Approximately 1.5 turns).
(2)
Unlock priming pump plunger 2 and operate the
pump.
(3)
When the fuel flows free of air bubbles, lock the
priming pump, then tighten the plug.
If the vent plug is dosed before the priming
pump plunger is locked, fuel pressure acts on
the feed pump, resulting in inability to restore
the plunger.
Clean up fuel spillage.
LEAKAGE OF FUEL

Be careful and clean the fuel hose, injection
pump, fuel filter and other connections as the
leakage from these part can cause fire.
HYDRAULIC OIL CHECK

Stop the engine after retract the arm and bucket
cylinders, then lower the boom and set the
bucket on the ground at a flat location as in the
illustration.
Check the oil level at the level gauge of hydraulic
(2)
oil tank.
The oil level is normal if between the red lines.
